The EVEREST UOPU

Modern industries inevitably face the challenge of waste disposal—a critical and mandatory process required to maintain seamless, stable operations. One of the most pressing questions businesses ask today is: "What should we do with used oil?" As the volume of hazardous waste continues to escalate globally, recycling and processing used motor, industrial, transmission, and hydraulic oils stands out as the only economically viable and highly profitable solution.

Our company is a direct supplier of advanced used oil recycling equipment. We specialize in engineering and manufacturing continuous-cycle processing units designed to recycle hydrocarbon-based used oils into premium heating oil, diesel fuel, and high-quality base oils.

We offer two equipment types with a processing capacity ranging from 5 m³ to 100 m³ per day.

The Everest-V Series: Vacuum Used Oil Processing Units

Atmospheric units perform cracking to convert used oils into heating oil, which is then sent to the distillation column for rectification.

This process yields clarified fuel, fractionated into the following commercial cuts:

  • Gasoline blend: up to 5%
  • Diesel fraction: up to 80%
  • Fuel oil (Mazut): up to 15%
At this stage of the process, the feedstock is heated to a temperature of 380°C to 420°C.

In the final stage, the fuel undergoes a regeneration process that purifies the product, ensuring it meets all commercial and marketable specifications.

An operating pressure of approximately 5–15 kPa is maintained within the vacuum units.
Under these pressure conditions, base oils reach their boiling point without cracking or decomposition.

The first distillate cut comprises fuels dissolved in the raw material and light oil decomposition products accumulated over the course of the oil's operational lifespan.

The second distillate cut comprises the actual base oils.

The distillation bottom residue (tar) is a complex mixture of heavy, dark-colored oxidation and polymerization products (resins), non-volatile additives, and mineral matter (wear debris and external contaminants).

At this stage of the process, the heating temperature of the raw material is maintained below 340°C.

The final stage is also carried out via a regeneration process, identical to the method used in the atmospheric distillation units.

Each of our processing units is built with a modular, open-container architecture, allowing the equipment to be transported without the additional costs of specialized heavy transport. Furthermore, this design guarantees fast and efficient assembly at the final installation site.

This industry segment delivers several critical business advantages:

  • The used oil recycling process dramatically reduces environmental risks; consequently, this industry receives continuous encouragement and strategic support from government authorities.
  • This recycling model guarantees a solid return on investment in any region of the country. Profitability is fueled by an abundance of raw feedstock coupled with access to numerous, highly active downstream markets for end products.
  • The entire recycling process is fully automated, with all critical operations performed by specialized machinery. This advanced level of automation substantially minimizes personnel hiring and overhead expenses.
